The Magic Wave Mastering App utilizes a secure, server-side digital signal processing (DSP) engine. When you master a track, your audio file is securely uploaded to our private mastering servers, processed, and made available for download.
- Temporary Server Storage: Your raw mixes and mastered audio files are stored temporarily on our servers solely for the purpose of executing the mastering algorithms and providing you with the download link.
- Immediate File Deletion & Session Cleanup: To guarantee 100% security for your unreleased music, all uploaded mixes, preview clips, and completed master files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers the moment you close the application, navigate away, or load a new track. Any remaining files not cleared by session exit are permanently purged within 24 hours via our automated background system cleanup.
- No Interception or Exposure: We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all file transmissions. Your unreleased music is never exposed to third parties, is not accessed by our staff, and remains completely secure.
2. Information We Collect
Standard information necessary to manage your account and provide the service is collected:
- Audio Files (Temporary): We temporarily host your uploaded audio tracks for processing and download, as described in Section 1. We do not permanently store or share these files.
- Account Data: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and login credentials.
- Transaction Data: When you purchase credits, VocalSync Records and their trusted third-party payment processors collect the necessary billing information. We do not store your full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Usage Data: We collect basic, anonymized web analytics (such as browser type, operating system, and site navigation behavior) to ensure the DSP engine is functioning correctly across different platforms and to improve the user interface.
3. How We Use Your Information
Electropia Music and VocalSync Records use the information collected solely to:
- Manage your account balances, award credits, and deduct credits for services rendered (managed by VocalSync Records).
- Process transactions and send sales-related email communications (managed by VocalSync Records).
- Provide customer support and technical assistance.
- Send you important updates regarding the Magic Wave Mastering App, such as engine upgrades, new DSP modules, or promotional credit offers.
4. How We Share Your Information
We respect your privacy and do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share your account and transaction data directly with our business entity, VocalSync Records, to securely facilitate your purchases and manage your credits. Information is only shared further with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment gateways) strictly for the purpose of operating the website and completing your transactions.
