Please note that all business transactions, credit management, and sales communications are handled by our business entity, VocalSync Records (vocalsync.com). By accessing or using the Magic Wave Mastering App at electropiamusic.com, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
The Magic Wave Mastering App is a proprietary digital signal processing (DSP) engine designed to master audio tracks. The application utilizes a specialized eight-stage architecture—including the Harmonic Vitality Engine, Holographic Soundstage Matrix, and Psychoacoustic Clarity Profiler—to process audio.
Secure Server-Side Processing: The service operates on our secure processing servers. When you request a master, your audio is securely uploaded, processed by our proprietary DSP engine, and made available for download. To protect your privacy and security, all uploaded files, preview clips, and master outputs are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers the moment you close the application, navigate away, or load a new track. Remaining files are permanently purged within 24 hours.
Pay-As-You-Go System: The Magic Wave Mastering App operates on a credit-based system. There are no mandatory monthly subscriptions. All business transactions, including the purchasing, awarding, and deducting of credits, are securely managed and processed by VocalSync Records. You purchase credits as needed, which are redeemed upon the successful processing and downloading of a mastered track.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the service and the upfront provision of promotional free credits for testing, all credit purchases processed by VocalSync Records are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
Your Audio: You retain 100% ownership of all intellectual property rights to the audio files you process using the Magic Wave Mastering App. We claim no ownership, royalties, or rights to your raw mixes or the resulting mastered tracks.
Our Technology: Electropia Music retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Magic Wave Mastering App, including the DSP engine, the analog modeling algorithms, the user interface, and all underlying code.
Prohibited Actions: You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code or DSP architecture of the Magic Wave Mastering App. You may not bypass, exploit, or alter the credit-redemption system managed by VocalSync Records.
By processing an audio file through the Magic Wave Mastering App, you represent and warrant that:
The Magic Wave Mastering App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Performance, rendering speed, and audio playback quality may vary based on server loads, connection speeds, and your local browser configuration. Electropia Music makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service or specific processing speeds.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Electropia Music and VocalSync Records shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or hardware malfunction resulting from your use of the processing application.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Magic Wave Mastering App constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
